 CHINA:  March 4-19, 2010 --16 days

This trip gives you a great overview of what ancient and modern China is like. We visit Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Guilin, Xi'an and Beijing. Additionally we spend 3 nights sailing downstream on the Yangtze River, from Chongqing.to Jingzhou. The trip includes international air from San Francisco, all internal flights in China, meals, 5 star hotels, a 5 star river ship with balcony rooms, English-speaking guides, admissions, sightseeing, and several special dinners. The price is $2,899 plus taxes/fees/visa.

Visas. The Chinese consultates divide the U.S. into regions and you must apply to the consulate for the region where you live. We can only assist in getting visas for travelers residing in the Pacific Northwest. Everyone else either has to apply in person or use a visa service. We send out the first packet of information in October/November and the second in February. This is a wonderful trip--it becomes one of our clients' most favorite trips.
