Teaching English as a Foreign Language is your passport to helping others while exploring a culture in-depth AND getting paid for it! Once you are certified as a teacher our administrative support works with job placement agencies to find you a job. The jobs vary in what the salary is, whether housing is part of the contract, and if your return flight will be reimbursed.

It's easy to become certified to teach English as a foreign language. We have online courses with assigned tutors. In addition to the basic curriculum we also have 8 different specialist certificate couses and a grammar certificate course.

The optimal preparation is a 100 hour online course that includes the specialist and grammar certificates. You have three months to take this course. This can be enhanced by spending a weekend in a 20-hour course where you get a chance to role play and practice your learning.

You can apply for jobs while you train. Job vacancies include placements in such varied destinations as Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Contracts range from 6 months to 1 year. Earn from $860/month with no accomodations provided to $2200/month with free accommodations.
